Mr. Argyris Papanastasiou initially served at the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment and next he was placed in Nicosia District Administration. Following to all hierarchical ranks at this Administration, first as an Assistant District Inspector and next as a District Inspector and as an Assistant District Officer. In September 2013, he retired from the post of Nicosia District Officer. Mr. Argyris Papanastasiou graduated from Kykkos Pancyprian Gymnasium for Boys and then from the Law School at the University of Thessaloniki. He attended educational seminars in Cyprus and abroad on issues of Regional Development, Local Administration and European Union and Projects Co-funded by the EU. He represented Cyprus in many conferences abroad on issues that fall in the purview of his competencies.

Mr. Michalis Parellis initially served at the Nicosia District Administration, the Public Service Commission, the Department for Public Administration and Personnel, in which he was promoted to all ranks of Administration Personnel. Next, he was placed at the Ministry of Health as Chief Administrative Officer and following, to the Ministry of Interior, as Head of Personnel Management and of Housing and Displaced Persons Policy. He also served as Director of the Service for the Displaced Persons. He retired as Limassol District Officer, in September 2012.

Mr. Michalis Parellis graduated from the Pancyprian Gymnasium of Nicosia and then from the Panteion University of Athens in the field of Political Sciences and Public Administration. He attended further education seminars on issues of Personnel Monitoring and Organisational Development and Methods (London Royal Institute of Public Administration) as well as in the field of Innovations and Changes in Civil Service (Civil Service College in Singapore). He represented Cyprus in many conferences abroad on issues that fall in the purview of his competencies.
