OUR SERVICES

Our Office offers consulting services and undertakes to monitor all stages after the filing of an application up to the completion of all procedures involved, that citizens, companies or other private law entities are required to submit to all competent Authorities/Services in Cyprus, in the following sectors:

Permits- Building/Division of land into building sites/Division of Buildings/Final Approval Certificates

We offer consultation services to our clients as to the requirements needed for submitting an application to acquire the necessary permit, either from the competent District Administration or the competent Municipality, according to each case. Our Office undertakes to forward the application and to monitor the procedure up to the issue of the permit or/and of the final approval certificate. Furthermore, it undertakes to prepare studies for the development of Immovable Property or for specific Development (e.g. housing, industrial, touristic, agricultural, stockbreeding, etc.).

Town Planning

• Evaluation of land within approved Master Plans Building Zones or Spatial Planning Policy Declaration of all areas in Cyprus; and consultation to owners as to the most profitable exploitation and/or development of this land.
• Acquiring the necessary town planning permit for all development projects, submission of the application on behalf of the owners and representation on all levels, including before the Board for the Consideration of Town Planning Deviations.
• Local Plans or Spatial Planning Policy Declaration (reviewing procedure, objections etc.)

Foreign Nationals

• Acquiring immovable property by foreign nationals.
• Acquiring Cypriot citizenship.
• Acquiring Cypriot citizenship by naturalisation via exception to foreign investors/entrepreneurs (new criteria on the basis of the decision of the Council of Ministers, dated 19/03/2014).

Issues concerning persons of Cypriot descent who have been born abroad and would like to obtain Republic of Cyprus nationality according to Cyprus law

• Guidance and completion of applications for obtaining Cypriot citizenship of persons who have been born abroad after the 16th of August 1960 until today and whose father or mother at the time of birth was a Cypriot citizen.
• Guidance, completion and forwarding of applications for obtaining a Republic of Cyprus Identity Card and monitoring of the application procedure in Cyprus until its issuance.
• Guidance, completion and forwarding of applications for obtaining a Republic of Cyprus passport and monitoring of the application procedure in Cyprus until its issuance.

Counselling services on this issue are of primary interest to migrants of Cypriot descent who have been born in the United Kingdom.

In the case of the finalization of BREXIT procedures Republic of Cyprus citizenship and passport will be a strong asset as it will allow free movement within the European Union as a Cypriot citizen.

Turkish-Cypriot Properties Management

Consultation to beneficiaries of usage of Turkish-Cypriot properties for purposes of self-residence or for professional purposes or for agricultural/livestock purposes, submission of application and monitoring up to the completion of its review and the issuance of a decision.

Consultation to Municipal or Community Boards in daily functioning issues, such as:
